No-Show & Same-Day Cancellation Policy Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment or cancel on the same day as their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. This amount will be applied to the card on file. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will incur a $15 late fee added to their service total. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service provider may be unable to accommodate your appointment. In such cases, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and 25% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to the card on file.
